If a customer asks about a product, how do I find the supplier for that product?

When your customer asks you about a product, they will mostly likely provide you with a CM# for that product. If so all you need to do is:

Login to the admin
Enter the CM# into the Quick Search field in the upper right hand corner of the admin
Click Go

If you do that, you will be taken to that product's Information pages. Here you can find everything about that product, including the supplier, listed on the 'Product' and the 'Supplier' tabs of the information pages.

If your client doesn't provide you with a CM#, you can still search for the product by name using the same Quick Search feature, just change the drop down to 'Product Name'.
